5th Day, 12th December 2009
As we were running out of time, we were given one and half hour for sightseeing 凤凰 in the morning. I could have a better picture of凤凰. They still maintained the old style of buildings. The residents washed their clothing by using the water from the river. 姜塘is their specialty as I heard that they produced it manually.

We reached 毛氏宗祠, 韶山at 5.20pm. The house is closed at 5pm so we were late. It’s pity for us. We just took the pictures outside mao zi dong's house. His house is liked those farmer's house. I could say he is not born with golden key. The China government built a memorable statue as remembrance his contribution towards the country . 
At 7pm, we reached长沙. It's a city where there were lots of buildings and full of colourful lights. They even have lights along the highways. I tried the 臭豆腐 for the first time in a restaurant. It's delicious.
We walked around at night outside 广圣大酒店. There was a mini market. I bought some food and souvenirs for friends and family. The weather was very cold. It's like freezing. Mr Lim, Hong and his wife came out from the hotel. We were surprised to see them as it was 11pm. They went to foot massage center.
Four of us went back to hotel at 12 midnight. The corridor was very dark and the scary part was Angela and I couldn't access the door with the card. Luckily, WN's room was just beside us so they opened their door to allow the light shining the corridor. Then, only we couldn't log in our room.
At 1am, WN and Charine entered our room as this was the last night. However, I was too tired and fell asleep. Haha..

At 9.30am, we sat in the bus. 6 hours to reach 韶山(shao shan) so 8 of us (Charine, Angela, Mindy, Carole, Mr Lim's mum, WN, Mr Lim and I) decided to bet a small amount by playing 21 points. 小李 sponsored two decks of cards. Mr Lim's mum enjoyed playing with us. Charine and Angela kept getting one love when Mr Lim was the banker. Carole sat beside me so we always discussed. Mr Lim asked us, “还要开会吗?” We laughed.

After dinner, we have one and half hour to shopping at 步行街. Four of us bought the cheapest long John at RMB35. The street is alike Guangzhou, very crowded and the atmosphere is merrier. I also noticed that there are many beggars on the street even the young.
